BOOKS

I've written or co-written nine books since 1987, including The Green Consumer Guide, which was published in 1988 and went on to sell over 1 million copies worldwide.  Nearly 20 years on - in 2007 -  I wrote The New Green Consumer Guide, which is available in all good books shops and online from Amazon, amongst others.

The Julia Hailes Blog

In 2007 I started writing a regular blog.  It reminds me of writing a diary when I was younger.  The best thing about it is looking back on entries and remembering all the other things that happened on that day.  Not so good is when I haven't written anything for ages and it needs updating.  My blog was moved to the Telegraph site for a few months in 2007 but I decided to move it back to its original site because it gives me more flexibility about what I write and how often!  Instead I write regularly for Earth Telegraph, whenever an issue grabs me...
